Hello, I just got my shield today. Connecting all pins as ususal I was not able to get any info . Searching on goolge i found this site https://www.ex-store.de/Funk-Netzwerk-Bluetooth/ESP8266/ESP8266-ESP-07-Version-7-WIFI-Wlan2Serial::225.html Where, after translation, they say that Pin GPI015 has to be connected to ground. After doing this my shield started send the correct commands. So if with the normal connections this is not working try connecting pin GPI015 to ground.

Please ignore my previous comment, as I have now tested this product and it's 100% working. I tested the device both as a server and as a client, works with no problem. It's well designed and can do great things already out of the package. I give it 5 stars for everything: low price, performance, beauty, etc. It's simply perfect!
